The machines can be made available as per the requirement of customers starting from single lane up to four lanes. The machines are suitable for filling of Ice-cream in Small / Big Cup as well as Big / Small Cone.
One of the most important feature of the machine is, the machines are very compact and require very less floor space.
The Machine is to be connected in line with the Continuous Freezer. The Variable Speed allows arrangement to match the freezer capacity. The machine also provides the option to fill the Cones with the use of Change Parts. The change over from one cup size to another cup size is very easy can be done within few minutes. The batch coding is also possible on the conveyor.
The machine is a combination of mechanical movements and some functions having pneumatic operations. The use or Hardened cam Profiles offers a Long Life & Accuracy to the machine.
An user-friendly PLC with TOUCH SCREEN is used to control all the functions and provide the inter locking which means minimum product & material wastage.

The Micron Cube Forming machine is designed to pack Butter and similar kind of products in parchment paper
or aluminium foil as per the requirement of the customer.
The Operation:
The complete machine is a mechanical machine with a Rotary Table. The Paper or the foil in the form of a roll
will be fed to the machine. The machine will automatically sense the length of the paper & cut the same in
a correct size.
The specially designed format pushes the paper into the Cassette on the table where the two side’s get folded.
The paper is sensed and move to next station where the desired quantity of the products gets dispersed into it.
The specially designed screw feeder is used to transfer and dispense the product. At the next station the paper
gets folded and then pressed to get the desired shape. The finished product then gets rolled on to the conveyor.

In conventional ventury system irregular adding of powder, or air in the mixture leads to the formation of froth or lumps in final product.
In Micron Micro Blender powder is added to the blender via a butterfly valve that controls the flow of powder from the hopper and prevents the entering of air. The mix is passed through a specially designed "diffuser Tube”.
The butterfly valve can either be adjusted manually or by a pneumatic actuator, to controls the flow of powder. The final product will be a homogeneous product in minimum time.
The Micro Blender is used to prepare Powder Milk, Ice-Cream Mix, Powder Whey, Flavoured Milk, Sugar Syrup, Lactose, Chocolate, Stabilizers, mixed with milk etc. and Addition of vitamins plus minerals.
